Tim previously served as Chief Executive at Hobsons and Trivantis/Lectora where he led both companies from early stage startups to market leading organizations. Prior to these two startups, Tim held senior leadership positions at Procter & Gamble in marketing and technology management. Tim approaches the edtech business as a traditional P&G brand manager, focused on creating an exceptional user experience that exceeds the expectations of the instructor and the learner. Products designed by Tim are used at over 400 universities, 10,000+ high schools, and in over 1500 of the global 2000 largest companies. Tim holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University.

With over 30 years of experience in information technology and services, Mr. Borman brings depth and experience to companies seeking faster growth and strategic alternatives. As a former IBM senior executive and VP of worldwide software sales, Mr. Borman helped integrate more than 40 acquisitions into the IBM Software Sales group. Subsequent to IBM, he has been a CEO of 2 public companies and 2 private companies and all 4 had successful exits. He has lived in Tokyo and Beijing and led global teams and companies for more than 25 years.
