Neeraj Gokhale has over 20 years of experience as a technology executive and an entrepreneur, in building and transforming a range of enterprise software and systems businesses – from Software infrastructure to enterprise applications and Cloud based services, to storage systems.

He is a general manager with a balance of strategic analysis and broad operational expertise in product and go-to-market areas.  He has extensive M&A, post-merger integration and business rationalization experience. He has a track record of transformation and dramatic growth of enterprise businesses, by leading his teams in re-thinking the business and focusing on customer value, improved sales/field execution, new vertical market opportunities, expansion of product vision and footprint, defining new solution categories and establishing leadership in those areas.

He is a keen listener and learner, a risk taker, a collaborative leader, a discerning recruiter, and can simultaneously be a strong team leader, and a member. He has been successful in establishing deep, trusted advisor relationships with his customers and partners.

Neeraj is currently an advisor for two technology companies, iBreathe.Inc and Mneme, Inc. He formally worked as the VP of Global Marketing and Product Management for HPE, a multi-billion dollar business, where he led all Go-to-Market, Product Marketing and Product Management/strategy functions for their entire Storage Business unit reporting to the SVP/GM.  He led significant transformation in his BU around data center modernization, software defined storage and automation/orchestration for “cloud-like” on premise capabilities

Before HPE, he was recruited by Oracle to start a new Data Integration and MDM business unit (BU), which grew 100% year over year under his leadership to a multi 100M dollar BU. Later he was responsible for rationalizing and integrating the software businesses acquired from SUN, into the Communications vertical BU. He also tasked with leading the cloud transformation of his BU and launched a new Billing as a Service, Cloud business.

Prior to Oracle, Neeraj had founded Velosel, an early recognized leader in the Master Data Management (MDM) space, which was acquired by TIBCO.  He served as the GM of the MDM business unit at TIBCO, which grew dramatically, through market expansion in multiple verticals

Earlier in his career, Neeraj was a strategy consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton and focused on the areas of enterprise software strategy and supply chain management.
