Richard Sawchak is the Chief Financial Officer for Novetta and its subsidiaries. Rich brings over ten years of relevant industry experience and nearly 20 years of finance and corporate development expertise to the role having previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO to Shafer Corporation, and as Senior Vice President and CFO of Paradigm Solutions. In addition to his responsibilities for delivering against the Company’s financial plans, he also plays a key role in executing and integrating the operations of Novetta’s acquisitions while participating in the development and implementation of numerous strategies to grow and transform Novetta as a leading player in the advanced analytics industry’s area of Big Data, Cybersecurity and Identity Intelligence. Mr. Sawchak is responsible for corporate finance, accounting, contracts, compliance, information technology, corporate security, legal and treasury management; he also serves as the Corporate Secretary.
