Jane-Scott Cantus is the Managing Principal, Strategic Services and General Counsel of The ILEX Group, a veteran-owned small business providing strategic communications, government relations and lobbying services to a range of organizations from Fortune 500 corporations to start-up companies in the aerospace/defense, energy, industrial, technologies and transportation arenas. Concurrently, she serves as Principal Member of ILEX Leadership Associates, LLC, a woman-owned small business registered to do business with the federal government and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Ms. Cantus earned her B.A. from Duke University, her MBA from UVA Darden School of Business, and her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar.

Curt Gray is senior vice president, Human Resources & Administration for BAE Systems, Inc., responsible for all human resources and employment-related activities for the company’s U.S.-based businesses, which employs approximately 32,000 employees in the United States, United Kingdom, Sweden, and Israel, and generated 2016 sales of $10 billion. He brings an impressive record of accomplishments in the aerospace & defense industry to his position. His background encompasses a broad array of businesses including information & communications, commercial airplanes, and both commercial and defense electronics.
Gray holds a bachelor’s degree in personnel administration from the University of Colorado, and an MBA and a master’s degree in organization development from Pepperdine University.
