Jill is currently the Founder and President of Cielo Healthcare, a leading provider of recruitment process outsourcing solutions to healthcare. Jill led the growth of the healthcare business for Cielo to over $100M in annual revenue with industry leading margins. Headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin, near Milwaukee, Cielo’s global presence includes more than 2,000 employees serving more than 154 clients across 92 countries in 36 languages.
By educating the market and driving adoption, Jill led Cielo to be the uncontested market leader. Cielo achieved breakthrough results which included reducing its client’s overall labor costs by 30%, achieving 96% candidate retention rates and a recognized leader in customer satisfaction.
Under Jill’s leadership, Cielo sold, implemented and scaled the organization to operate the largest healthcare RPO client globally and accomplished bespoke results by the end of the first year.
Prior to Cielo, Jill served as a senior executive in a large, complex health system and provider organization, leading strategy, integration, reorganization and change initiatives. Jill is a confident and passionate executive driven to make a difference in the healthcare industry.
Jill serves on the Board for the AHA Coalition to Protect America’s Health Care, an Advisory Board member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry (WBL), and is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Additionally, Jill serves on the Executive Committee for the YPO/WPO Healthcare Network, and she hosts a podcast titled “Strategies for Healthcare Execs” where she talks with healthcare executives and professionals to discuss the latest in industry news, policy and strategy.
Jill earned her Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, her Master of Science in Management in Leadership and Business from Cardinal Stritch University, and participates in Harvard’s Presidents’ Program.
