Jose Resendiz is an experienced, cross-functional executive leader currently operating as Vice President and General Manager for NCR Corporation. At this role, he is responsible for NCR’s Global Financial Services portfolio, including its Digital Insight and SaaS digital banking solution set. He is a servant leader to more than 5,000 employees, a strategic partner with 5,000+ financial institutions, and a driver of a turnaround for NCR’s business generating $3.5B+ in revenue and a growing user base of now 15M+ digital banking users in the US and 1B+ users across 180 countries.
Jose is passionate about driving innovation using a design thinking approach with deep customer empathy, lots of ideation, and rapid experimentation. He believes innovation should solve specific needs and must be a contributor to tangible growth. Before his current role, Jose served as General Manager for NCR Digital Insight, and concurrently served as the Chief Innovation Officer for NCR Financial Services. He began his career at Intuit and held various positions over his 10-year tenure. His most recent role was leading overall product management, program management, and enterprise risk management as a Vice President.
Jose earned his Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. He currently holds 3 patents and has been featured in multiple publications. He is a frequent panelist and keynote speaker.
