Ken RobinsonKen RobinsonĀ is a seasoned executive with a great breadth of experience. He joined Exelon in August 2016 as senior vice president of audit and controls. Additionally, he is a member of the Exelon Executive Committee, which sets strategy and direction for the company. In this role, he is responsible for managing the execution of Exelon’s audit and controls strategies and activities. He oversees the group’s transformation through building capability and becoming a more risk focused and value oriented organization that can serve a key role in developing Exelon’s future finance and business leaders.

Prior to joining Exelon, Robinson served as vice president of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Procter & Gamble (P&G). Before that, he was vice president of Global Internal Audit and Governance, Risk and Compliance and previously led P&G’s Personal Beauty Care, Selling and Middle East financial organizations, based in Saudi Arabia.Ā Robinsonā€™s experiences include managing a broad-range of areas, such as internal controls, compliance, risk management, business leadership and maintaining P&G Board of Director Audit Committee and external audit partner relationships. He led the transformation of P&Gā€™s internal audit function into an innovative, highly respected compliance and business partner and shaped P&Gā€™s overall stewardship, risk management and compliance landscape.

Since 2000, Robinson has served as a member (and is also an Honorary Co-Chair) of the Board of Directors of theĀ National Underground Railroad Freedom CenterĀ and chaired its Finance Committee during the organization’s initial construction, startup and through a significant restructuring. He also serves as a board member for the Executive Leadership Council and formerly is a member of the Cincinnati City Center Development Corporation Audit Committee.

Robinson joined Morgan Stanley’s Private Bank Board of Directors in 2015. Additionally, in 2016, Robinson joined the Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) Board of Trustees with his term concluding at the end of 2020.

Ken Robinson holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Memphis. He also earned his bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from Mississippi State University. Mississippi State recognized Robinson as the 2015 Business School Alumni Fellow and as a “Bridge Builder” in Diversity & Inclusion.
