Susy Korb is a brand marketer who infuses business strategy with creativity, innovation and vision. Most recently the Chief Marketing Officer of TOMS Shoes, Susy has been a marketing executive at some of the world’s most beloved brands: Tiffany, Christie’s, Harry Winston and Anthropologie.

As CMO of Anthropologie, Susy helped to transform the business from an apparel retailer to a multi-channel lifestyle brand rooted in originality, artistry and the joy of discovery. As CMO of Tourneau, Susy devised a new brand platform for the 111- year old watch retailer, updating the customer experience with new store formats, enhancing tourneau.com and implementing a complete CRM program.

As Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Director of Harry Winston, Susy invigorated marketing communications and revitalized product, store design and visual merchandising for a new generation of customers. As SVP of Global Marketing for Christie’s, Susy created a unified branding platform for the 200-year-old business, the first transactional website and a comprehensive CRM program. Susy began her career at Tiffany & Co., where she initiated the iconic blue box ad campaign that facilitated remarkable international growth while maintaining the brand’s allure and mystique. Through an integrated marketing plan of advertising, collateral and events, she oversaw dramatic double-digit sales increases for many consecutive years.

Susy has also been part of more entrepreneurial enterprises. In 2001, she co-founded Point One Percent, a marketing strategy firm focused on high net worth individuals for clients such as Tiffany, Rolex, AIG Private Client Group and Godiva chocolate. In 2008, Susy established Nice Partners, a marketing and communications firm that developed brand vision and marketing strategies for clients such as Cole Haan, Echo. In 2009 she co-founded OMHU, a business that created well-designed products for the aging population.

Susy has a BA in Art History from Yale and attended Harvard for graduate studies in Art History. She served on the board of New Yorkers for Children, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the welfare of children in foster care, and The Carter Burden Center for the Aging. She is currently on the board of Serena and Lily.
