Congratulations to Game Changer Andy Monshaw for becoming the newest CEO for NGA Human Resources, after two years of holding the position of President of the Enterprise segment.

About Andy Monshaw

Andy joined NGA in November 2015 as President of the Enterprise segment, and was promoted to CEO in October 2017. He has spent over 30 years in the information technology industry and was a senior executive with IBM. For the first 19 years of his career, he led various financial organizations at IBM, including the global Systems and Technology Group (IBM’s Hardware business) as the CFO.

For the last decade, he was the GM for IBM Storage, Chief Operating Officer for IBM Japan and a member of the board of directors, General Manager for IBM Global Mid-Market (Small and Medium business), and General Manager for IBM’s converged Infrastructure platform – PureFlex. During his tenure he led several very successful M&A projects, most notably XIV and Diligent in the Storage business. Mr. Monshaw worked and lived in the US, Japan and Europe. Mr. Monshaw currently serves on the board of Pulse Secure and is also on the boards of several start-ups, community and not-for-profit organizations.

Andy graduated from Rutgers with B.A’s in Economics and Finance and has been voted the Top 300 IBM Executives by the Senior Leadership Group, as well as the top 15 of 10,000 IBM Finance Executives by the Finance Policy Committee.
