Dr. Pamela (Pam) Drew is a globally focused P&L executive with a distinguished and progressive career path that includes top-level executive positions with Boeing, Northrop Grumman, TASC and ITT Exelis. In her 28 year career, she had led large scale multi-billion dollar P&L operations in aerospace & defense, high technology R&D, and technical services. Her career highlights include generation of multi-billion dollar contract awards through innovative application of advanced technologies, often in very short time horizons, for customers in the military, global/homeland security, civil and commercial aviation markets. Pam is also a nationally recognized expert and has been a member or chair of various advisory boards including the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.

In July 2015, Pam retired upon the Harris acquisition of ITT Exelis. She now serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the United States Air Force Museum Foundation, a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Washington Applied Physics Lab, a member of the University of Colorado, Boulder Strategic Advisory Council, and a member on the Advisory Council to the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.

For the most recent thirteen years of her career, she has held VP or above and C-Suite positions and, in her last two roles, had regular interactions with the Board of Directors (one private and one public). She has held a broad set of functional roles to include Chief Engineer, Chief Information Officer, Strategy and Business Development, Technology Strategy and Technology insertion. She has also led businesses with full profit and loss operational responsibility of greater than $1B annual revenue for over five years.  She has led the development of strategy and implemented investments to address advanced technology requirements for aerospace and defense platforms and solutions across a wide- range of technology domains including manufacturing, materials, structural /aerospace engineering, and advanced information technology. She’s also experienced in M&A efforts from different perspectives: as a seller leading a spin out to being a buyer leading strategy development, completion of the acquisition and its successful integration.

Pam earned her B.A. in Mathematics, M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder where she was recognized in 2004 with the Distinguished Engineering Alumni Award, and in 2015 with the George Norlin “Outstanding Alumni” Award. Pam contributes regularly on a national level on various study boards and committees focused on pressing matters for aerospace and defense. She is an author of over 30 technical peer-reviewed publications and has been a frequent speaker and panelist in various aerospace and defense forums. In 2015, she was named by GovConExec Magazine the “WASH100” Distinguished Executive in the Aerospace and Air Traffic Management Sector. And, Pam is an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).

Pam is a current member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the Equilar Diversity Network and is a Game Changer at Game Change Agency.
