Mr. Cincotta has over 25 years of investment banking experience from his time at Citigroup. He has worked in the Technology, Consumer and Industrials industry verticals and his execution experience covers the complete spectrum of investment banking products from M&A advisory to capital raising in both the public and private markets. In addition to his client coverage responsibilities, Mr. Cincotta built two successful new business development initiatives for the Investment Bank to better leverage both Citi’s Global Wealth Management and Commercial Bank platforms. “I am very excited to be joining Scura Paley.
