About César Santos

César Santos has relevant experience in the renewable energy sector, highlighting the experience as an investment, business development and construction manager of the first utility-scale renewable energy projects of Wind and Cogeneration biomass plants of the Dominican Republic, more than 500 MW until development stage, and more than USD 300 Million invested in Dom Rep. Moreover his skills include a managing EPC, Supply and PPAs contracts, for Conventional and Renewable energy technologies; project and business opportunities evaluated represent more than USD 4,000 MM in his background.

César is currently Development Project Manager at San Pedro Bio-Energy located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He works in Business & Project development and as a construction manager of the first utility-scale Wind Project in the Dominican Republic.
