Andrew Fletcher is an international business executive with over 20 years of experience leading business strategy, operations, sales and technical teams. He’s helped build eight different companies in four industries on three continents.
Mr. Fletcher is currently the Vice President – Data and Analytics, North America for Valorem, an award-winning and trusted Microsoft Partner serving customers worldwide in digital innovation. Mr. Fletcher has worked in Analytics throughout his exemplary career. Prior to Valorem, he led Avanade’s North American Advanced Analytics team, which was responsible for the development and delivery of high impact analytical solutions for customers in Energy, Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, and Retail.
Before Avanade, Mr. Fletcher worked for Business & Decision North America, a global Consulting, and Systems Integration company, as their Vice President – North America; Sales, Digital Transformation, Data and Analytics. At this role, Mr. Fletcher drove the company’s go-to-market strategy, expanded into new markets, drove sustainable revenue for all North American lines of business, and developed and maintained relationships with key technology alliances including Microsoft, Oracle, QlikTech and others.
Mr. Fletcher was the founder and director of Velocity Solutions Group, an international management consulting firm, where his focus was on shareholder value growth. Prior to this role, he worked as Vice President – Global Sales and Alliances, Chief Operating Officer for illuminate Solutions located in Spain. He also worked previously as an interim COO for a global media and education company called Big World Media located in Colorado.
Prior, Mr. Fletcher led Oracle’s Business Intelligence practice for Central US as its Senior Director. He achieved unprecedented levels of growth and profitability while improving quality and customer satisfaction.
Mr. Fletcher’s professional career began at Rapids Chevrolet Companies as a General Manager and Chief Operating Officer before moving on to Insightformation Inc. Insightformation was a boutique Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse consulting firm where Mr. Fletcher was a Partner, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer over his time there.
Mr. Fletcher is the founder and board member of the Mountain Lacrosse League headquartered in Colorado, a board member for Orion Digital Marketing, and a part-time Ski Instructor at the Winter Park Resort in Colorado.
