Now retired from IBM, Mr. Allesch specializes in enabling modern business processes and designing delivery innovation as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Innovation Architect, and Founder of Emergence Advisors LLC. Having led and participated in over 100+ multinational client pursuits, engagements, and delivery of business process innovation, Mr. Allesch provides his services as an innovation coach as well as a Subject Matter Expert for retained clients seeking competitive designs and implementation support.
While at IBM, Mr. Allesch was the Global Mobility Leader and Chief Innovation Architect, Enterprise Apps. Here, he led the SAP Center of Excellence, IBM innovation solutions development, and Mobile Applications.
Mr. Allesch earned his BS in Aeronautical Engineering and his Masters of Business Adminstration, Finance from Arizona State University.
